Shooting a fish restaurant is the art of making freshness visible: the shine on ice, steam rising from the grill, the second the lemon is squeezed. For Mira Balik, the frame chased those three moments.
The venue has its own rhythm — the silence before service, the hum of the evening crowd — and it became the spine of the series. Menu frames were shot not in catalogue order but inside the real flow of the table: appetite opens with authenticity, not mise-en-scene.
Freshness is not described; it is caught by its shine.
